New Mum Massage
Well massage for any parent ...
My little one is now a year and a half old now. Full of beans, running around the house, into everything (especially the cat food if I make the mistake of leaving it in reaching distance).
And I am back to getting my weekly massages. Sigh, how much difference do they make to my life? Now I know that I am super lucky to have a massage business and so can indulge (there was a reason I started Ripple and decided not to become an accountant lol) but for the first 6 months of my sons life I got out of the groove of booking myself in.
And didn't my body pay for it. I was wondering why everything was so tight and hard to do and it wasn't just the sleepless nights. I had stopped looking after my body which has given me two beautiful sons and allows me to do all the amazing things I like to do (like surfing or going for a spin on the back of a friend's Ducatti).
So my weekly massages are now sacred to me. There is a Kahuna word called "mahalo" which means to give thanks.
And so that is what I do every week, with my massage, give thanks to my body.

"Good morning to all at Ripple, just wanted to provide some feedback for the massage we had in Noosa over the weekend.
I was lucky enough to get Carolyn (who I believe is new to Ripple) and she gave me the best massage I’ve ever had to the point that anytime I’m in Noosa or staying on the Sunny Coast I’ll be asking for her. She listened and concentrated on the areas that I needed most & it’s honestly the best I’ve felt in months.
So, a BIG Thank You to her and a well done to Ripple for always providing top shelf service providers – we’ve been doing this for a few years now and getting a massage done post Tri remains one of the best parts of the weekend.
