For my baby shower, I decided the day was going to be about my girlfriends and me, so I got some French champagne, lots of nibbles and booked the Ripple girls.

Bliss. Two hours of laughing, drinking, secret womens business and cute nails and relaxed shoulder and neck muscles.

The most popular option is to book a therapsit for a couple of hours to do seated chair massage while you chat and have some nibbles. $110 per therapist per an hour.
