To ensure the safety of everyone booking with Ripple, we need your support to answer the below questions. This will help to
minimize the potential spread of COVID-19, by carefully reading, completing and signing the following self-assessment.

Ripple Massage complies with all COVID SAFE regulations in providing limited services with one therapist. We have a comprehensive COVID SAFE plan in place. 

All clients are to fill in the form prior to the booking taking place please. If you would please forward a form for each person who will be in attendance on the day ASAP that would be awesome!

Who is denied treatment?

At its full discretion, the Ripple Massage can deny to treat any guest that meets the following criteria:
a. Any person who has COVID-19 or is showing signs or symptoms of COVID-19.

b. Any person who cannot reasonably satisfy staff of their compliance on the above eligibility criteria.

c. From the 1st December 2021, any person who has not fully vaccinated with a govt approved COVID 19 vaccine. From this date you will need to be able to show your e vaccine certificate to receive a massage from us.

What will happen to clients who are unable to have their booking?

A client will be entitled to a credit in the form of a dollar amount gift voucher in lieu of the original booking, equal to the dollar value of the original booking – valid for 3 years. The voucher is valid to be redeemed for spa products should a therapist not be available in the region and time of your choosing.

Will clients need to complete a Health Declaration Prior to check-in?

Yes – all clients will need to complete a Health Declaration form prior to booking.

What if somebody provides false information to have a treatment?

a. All clients must play their part in protecting the Health and Safety of Ripple Staff and clients and must follow all rules of the Ripple Massage and Government. Any clients who is in breach of these rules will have their treatment cancelled and will be ineligible for any refunds.

b. Ripple Massage reserves the right to pursue legal action against any persons who provide false declarations or deliberately evade restrictions to gain access to Ripple Massage treatments. This extends to any costs or damages associated with false declarations from persons who are found to have COVID-19. Any subsequent damages or costs associated with interruptions to Ripple Massage business operations, profitability and reputational damage may be pursued by the Ripple Massage to the extent permitted by the law

Current minimum booking times apply. Tamborine Mountain – One-hour booking. Gold Coast, minimum 3 hours. Brisbane, minimum 4 hours.

There is a $50 travel fee for all Brisbane bookings.

Our services have also changed since March 2020, and we not longer offer manicures and pedicures, or the full one hour facials. We do offer hot towels and face mask within our day spa packages. 

Please ensure that if you are purchasing a gift voucher, you read carefully the terms and conditions of the gift voucher, which will be displayed on your screen prior to purchase. In purchasing the voucher, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
