Our Personalised Travel & Booking Policy

We want to keep Ripple's massage and day spa experiences as affordable as possible, while making sure our wonderful therapists are fairly compensated for their time and travel.

​

Because we carefully select our qualified therapists, we don't have someone based in every suburb. Depending on your location, a small travel fee or minimum booking time may apply.

​

But here's the good news! We look at every booking individually, and there are often ways we can keep those costs down.

Longer Bookings: Booking a therapist for five hours or more? We can often reduce the travel fee.

​

Back-to-Back Bookings: If we already have a therapist working nearby on your preferred day, we may be able to reduce both the travel fee and minimum booking time.

​

Flexible Minimums: The minimum booking times listed below are a general guide. Depending on therapist availability, your location and the treatments booked, we may be able to offer something more flexible.

​

Just send us an enquiry with your location, preferred date and treatments. We'll check our therapists' schedules and work out the fairest possible option for you.

Tamborine Mountain Massage – Minimum 1 hour booking per therapist

Gold Coast massage, minimum 1.5 hours per therapist - 3 hours per therapist depending on region plus travel fee. Please ask

Rest of the Scenic Rim massage, a minimum of 1.5 to 3 hours per therapist, depending on the area and plus a travel fee. Please ask

Brisbane massage, minimum 2-3 hours per therapist (depending on region) + travel fee (please ask).

Northern Rivers NSW and Byron Bay massage - Minimum 3 hours per therapist +  travel fee
