Which areas of the Scenic Rim and Gold Coast Hinterland do you service, and are there travel fees?
We cover the beautiful Scenic Rim and Gold Coast Hinterland, including Tamborine Mountain, Canungra, Beechmont, Springbrook, Currumbin Valley, Boonah, Beaudesert and plenty of lovely little places in between!

Some locations have no additional travel fee, while more remote properties may require a travel fee or minimum booking time. It depends on where you're staying, how many people are booking and the treatments you've chosen.
​
Just tell us where you're staying and what you have in mind, and we'll work out the details for you. We regularly visit secluded cottages, rainforest retreats, farm stays and beautiful mountain accommodation, so don't worry if you're a little off the beaten track.
Do I need to provide anything for my massage or day spa experience?
Very little! We bring our professional massage tables, lovely soft linen, warmed oils, hot steamed towels and everything needed for your chosen treatments.

All we need from you is enough space to set up the massage table, access to hot water and a power point, and somewhere reasonably warm and comfortable to work.
​
Whether you're staying in a cosy mountain cottage, a beautiful Airbnb or your own home, we'll take care of the setup. You just get to enjoy the pampering!
What qualifications and experience do Ripple's massage therapists have?
We've been pampering people across the Scenic Rim, Gold Coast and surrounding areas for over 20 years, so we know how important it is to have a wonderful therapist!

All our massage therapists are professionally qualified and experienced in the treatments they provide. We personally interview and assess our therapists before welcoming them to Ripple, because great massage is about more than qualifications. It's also about having a lovely, caring therapist who makes you feel completely comfortable.

Whether you're booking a remedial massage, a relaxing couples massage or a gorgeous day spa package, you're in experienced hands.
Do you only offer traditional massages, or can we book a complete day spa experience?
Both! Sometimes all you want is a wonderful relaxation or deep tissue massage, and we're very happy to help with that.

But if you're in the mood for something a little more indulgent, our day spa packages are a lovely treat!

Can you come to private homes, or only holiday accommodation?
Absolutely, we love looking after locals too!

While we spend plenty of time pampering visitors staying in beautiful Scenic Rim cottages, mountain retreats and Airbnbs, we also visit private homes throughout the region.
​
Whether you're planning a girls weekend, celebrating a special birthday, organising a hens party or simply treating yourself to a lovely massage, you don't need to be on holiday to enjoy a little pampering.

Your own home can be the perfect place for a day spa experience!
Can you set up in small Airbnb cabins, eco-tents or glamping tents?
We've massaged in some wonderfully unusual places over the years!
​
From cosy timber cottages and tiny mountain cabins to luxury glamping tents and gorgeous rainforest retreats, we're very used to working with different spaces.
​
Ideally, we need a clear area of approximately 2m x 3m for the massage table and enough room for your therapist to move comfortably around it.
​
Not sure whether your accommodation is suitable? Just send us a photo of the space before booking. We're always happy to have a look and work out what's possible.
Can you reach remote properties with gravel roads or steep driveways?
Quite often, yes! Some of the most beautiful places in the Scenic Rim and Gold Coast Hinterland are tucked away at the end of winding mountain roads.
​
Our therapists are familiar with travelling throughout the region, including secluded farm stays, rainforest cottages and mountain retreats.
​
If your accommodation has a steep driveway, unsealed road, tricky access or a locked gate, please let us know when booking. For example, Hilltop Haven has a pretty steep gravel driveway, but we have no trouble going up to the tiny house accommodation. Similarly at Eagles Nest in Sarabah.
​
We'll check that the property is safely accessible and make sure your therapist has all the details needed to find you.
How far in advance should we book our Scenic Rim massage or day spa experience?
The earlier, the better, particularly if you're visiting over a weekend, public holiday or during school holidays.
​
The Scenic Rim and Gold Coast Hinterland are popular places for romantic escapes, girls weekends and special celebrations, so our therapists can get booked up.
​
If you're organising treatments for a larger group or hoping for two therapists at the same time, we'd especially recommend booking ahead.
