The Ripple Melbourne Massage Story

So Ripple started in 2005, one therapist, one massage table and one dream to deliver the day spa experience to people in their homes and hotels.

We expanded pretty rapidly, having a number of great therapists delivering Ripple massages and beauty services, and had our booking service run by a girl in Melbourne called Sarah.

Then the GFC hit. I flew down to Melbourne to chat to Sarah about what was coming up and jokingly said “We’ll have to open Ripple in Melbourne.” The next week, Sarah rang me.

“Were you serious?”, she asked.

“Serious about what?” I said.

“About opening Ripple in Melbourne?”

“Well not really, but lets do it, I think it will go well there.”
